How to Use a PayPal Debit Card at the ATM

PayPal is a popular online payment processing option. Many business websites use PayPal for sales transactions. PayPal also offers employers the ability to transfer or make payments to individuals by transferring money into their PayPal account. These customers, in turn, can apply for a debit card to access their funds through ATM machines. PayPal has a daily limit of $3,000 on debit card withdrawals.

Instructions: Activate a PayPal Debit Card Account

1. Log into your PayPal account.

2. Click "My Account" at the top of the page then select "Profile."

3. Select "PayPal Debit Card" from the "Financial Information" column.

4. Select the type of debit card you received in the mail from the list then click on "Activate Now." Enter the activation codes which were printed on the form that came with your debit card. Create a PIN number for the debit card. Then select "Activate Debit Card."



Use Your PayPal Debit Card at the ATM
1. Insert your PayPal debit card into the ATM machine.

2. Enter your PIN number when prompted.

3. Select the option to withdraw money. PayPal does not charge any fees to withdraw money from an ATM machine, but the ATM machine may charge fees.
